Dates
Unless otherwise stated in the specific terms and conditions, the competition will run from 8am, Monday 2 November 2026 until 5pm, Sunday 13 December 2026.
No entries will be accepted outside of the applicable promotional period.
The prize winner draw will take place on Monday 14 December 2026.
Prize winners will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable following the draw. Instant Finance reserves the right to redraw or reallocate any prize if a winner cannot be contacted within 3 working days, as determined by Instant Finance at its sole discretion.
Travel vouchers are valid for a minimum of 3 years from the date of issue, in accordance with the Fair Trading (Gift Card Expiry) Amendment Act 2024.
Further Terms and Conditions
In the event of a dispute, Instant Finance's decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
However, if you do have a complaint regarding this promotion, you can lodge a complaint using our online complaints form.
Instant Finance reserves the right to suspend or modify the Competition, or these terms and conditions, where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to events such as natural disasters, technical failures, changes in law, or other factors affecting timing. Any such changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable.
Prizes are as stipulated and are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event that the prize specified in the Competition is not available for any reason, Instant Finance may substitute the prize for another prize of like value. Instant Finance will not be responsible for the cancellation or postponement of any prize.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Instant Finance will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred by any participant (including but not limited to any indirect or consequential loss).
All prizes are taken entirely at the participant's own risk.
Participants indemnify Instant Finance against any claim for accident or loss of life, personal injury, property damage or other loss, cost or expense arising in connection with the Competition or any prize.
Privacy Statement
Instant Finance complies with all relevant New Zealand privacy laws and regulations.
By participating in the Competition, entrants acknowledge and agree that Instant Finance, along with its authorised agents and contractors, may collect and store their personal information for the purpose of administering the Competition and for marketing related products and services offered by Instant Finance and its affiliated entities from time to time.
If you enter via KiwiSaver, Instant Finance will use the details you give in your call-back request to contact you about KiwiSaver and to administer the Competition.
Participants have the right to access, update, or request the removal of any personal information held by Instant Finance Ltd. All such requests must be submitted in writing and directed to Instant Finance Ltd.
