About Instant Finance

Instant Finance was founded on the premise of helping people who need short term finance quickly and responsibly. We’ve been serving the New Zealand public since 1971. Over that time, we have built up a network of 25 branches that cover the country from Kaikohe in the north to Dunedin in the south, along with an online team for customers who prefer that way of doing business with us.

We’re committed to personal service and treating our customers with respect; understanding their situations, not being judgemental towards their circumstances whilst committing ourselves to responsible and transparent lending.

Our code of ethics has been driven by our board and we adhere to them. We do that by instilling in all our staff a sense of responsibility, fair play and compassion. We are constantly aware of the dangers of irresponsible lending and train our staff and management to be responsible lenders throughout their careers with us.
