Got the goods – how do you pay?

We’ll set you up with automatic payments, direct debits or cash payments at your local Instant Finance branch.

Got the goods, can I settle early?

No problem at all. Take advantage of Instant Finance’s early payment option at any time during the contract and save money.

I’m going to be late on a payment! What do I do?

Don’t panic, it happens to everyone. Let us know as soon as you know and we’ll make an arrangement that’s good for you to catch up.

Can I give the goods back?

In specific circumstances only. If they’re faulty they may be covered under the manufacturers warranty or your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply. Please see our Returns Policy.

What if my new thing breaks?

We only get the best. Samsung, Fisher and Paykel, Panasonic, Apple; and if something does go wrong which is not your fault we’ll have it repaired under warranty or we’ll replace it.
