COVID-19 Protection (Traffic Light) Framework

From 11:59pm on Tuesday 2 December 2021, all of New Zealand will move into the Covid-19 Protection Framework. At all traffic light stages, our branches will remain open – but under red and orange, you can expect some additional public health measures, such as; record keeping or scanning in, mandatory face coverings and maintaining social distancing.

You can still access our services and the team via online and by phone.

Personal Safety Remains Critical

We have upgraded our focus on staff and customer safety in line with the new "Delta" requirements. You can be assured we have taken the precautions to operate safely that the government has made clear to all businesses, and that you and our staff would expect.

If you intend to visit us, you can will be greeted by staff in personal protective equipment. You will be guided into the branch to maintain safe social distancing and you will see signage that helps you see where you can stand safely. Scanning or signing in is mandatory and you are required to wear a mask at all times while in the branch you are visiting. It may be that in some circumstances you may need to wait before being able to enter our branches.

But there will be the same friendly people there to support you and whatever needs you have.
