COVID 19: Essential Business Level 3 & 2 Operations

At 11.59pm on Tuesday 21st September, Auckland drops to COVID Alert Level 3. The rest of the country will remain at Level 2 but with a special health order in place for Upper Hauraki, North Waikato.

This means our Auckland Branches can now open again but as with all other branches, access to the public is under strict COVID health and safety protocols.

You can still access our services and the team via online and by phone.

Personal Safety Remains Critical

We have upgraded our focus on staff and customer safety in line with the new "Delta" requirements. You can be assured we have taken the precautions to operate safely that the government has made clear to all businesses, and that you and our staff would expect.

If you intend to visit us, you can will be greeted by staff in personal protective equipment. You will be guided into the branch to maintain safe social distancing and you will see signage that helps you see where you can stand safely. Scanning or signing in is mandatory and you are required to wear a mask at all times while in the branch you are visiting. It may be that in some circumstances you may need to wait before being able to enter our branches.

But there will be the same friendly people there to support you and whatever needs you have.
