Instant Finance Makers of Possible Study Awards Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering this Makers of Possible Study Awards Program, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions. All details and instructions, including ‘how to participate instructions’, and award information form part of the terms and conditions of the Program.
  2. To participate in and/or claim an award in the Program, you must be aged 18 years or over.
  3. The Makers of Possible Study Award Program has a total fund of $20,000 to allocate to successful applicants with up to a maximum of $2,500 per Award specifically to fund, or contribute to funding, education approved by the Promoter.
  4. The Promoter and its associated companies’ employees, agencies and contractors, or anyone else professionally involved in the Program, and their immediate families (including spouses, grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren) are not eligible to participate in the Program.
  5. The applicable promotional period will be from Monday 18th October 2021 with applications closing on Sunday 7th November 2021. The Award announcements will be made on the 28th November 2021. No applications will be accepted outside of the promotional period.
  6. Applications must be made by individuals. No applications from businesses, agents, organised groups or other third parties, or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
  7. The chosen Award recipient will have the Award fund deposited into a New Zealand bank account by agreement with the Promoter.
  8. The Promoter will only accept one application per person for consideration. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any multiple or duplicate applications.
  9. In the event of a dispute the Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to suspend or modify the Program, or these terms & conditions, without prior notice and for any reason whatsoever at its discretion.
  11. By entering the Program, you consent to the Promoter contacting you at any of the contact details provided at the time of application.
  12. Award recipients will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable, and the recipients consent to the use of their name, photograph and education pathway for promoting the Program and the positive contribution it makes to the community. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw or reallocate any Award if a recipient cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion.
  13. The Award amounts are as notified and are non-negotiable. The Promoter will not be responsible for the cancellation or postponement of an education course for which the Award was granted.
  14. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred by any Program participant (including but not limited to any indirect or consequential loss). All education courses that are funded all or in part by an Award are taken entirely at the participant’s own risk. Participants indemnify the Promoter against any claim for accident or loss of life, personal injury, property damage or other loss, cost or expense arising in connection with the Program, or any Award provided.
  15. The Promoter adheres to all applicable privacy laws and regulations. Participants in the Program agree that the Promoter (and its agents and contractors) may collect and retain their personal information in order to conduct the Program carried out by the Promoter and its associated companies. Participants have the right to request access to their personal information held by or on behalf of the Promoter, and to update or to remove any such information.
